Strain Profile Notes:
Motherlode’s Ancient OG Project is a refined version of the original Ancient OG F1 line from Bodhi Seeds: a 1972 Iranian Landrace x the much-loved Snow Lotus. Ancient OG carries some of our favorite Blueberry and Iranian/OG-leaning expressions that the line has to offer.
Flavor profiles include berry sorbet, dark chocolate, sweet marshmallow cream, and earthy gassy skunky canteloupe-y sour candy with some phenos bringing a bit of mentholated/eucalyptus/rosemary kinda vibes.
Many plants will have slender purple stems with long internode spacing and vigorous lateral growth. The F5’s produce many bud sites with dense golfball-shaped flowers. High vigor, tall reach, pest-resistant, stacks some serious resin, makes great hash w/ ideal flower structure for hash production (buds not super-tight with a bit of room for air & tons of resin).
Another characteristic of our AOG line is the shelf-life, It handles long term storage very well compared to lots of things we have grown, great for personal growers who need their stash to last a while, or commercial growers whose flowers have to go through the lengthy testing/packaging/distribution process.
